I’m so excited to have you here in my corner of the art world. For a long time, I’ve been inspired by the quiet details, those small but powerful moments that many might overlook. My work is about seeing beauty in these subtle places, finding unexpected shapes and emotions, and letting them come to life in a way that feels both surprising and deeply personal.
Finding Inspiration in the Details
Often, inspiration hits when I least expect it. A random shape might pop into my mind, or I’ll notice something intriguing about the light filtering through my window in Piacenza. Even the smallest details can spark something in me—a shadow, a color, or the movement of people in a busy café. It’s about seeing these moments, letting them linger, and eventually watching them transform into a new piece of art.
Each artwork is a journey, a little piece of my thoughts and experiences. When I create, I don’t just aim for a finished product; I want each piece to tell its own story, to capture something meaningful yet unspoken.
The Process: From Simple to Surprising
My process isn’t about planning every line or color in advance; it’s about letting intuition take over. I’ll start with a rough sketch or maybe just a vague idea, and I let the piece guide me. As I work, faces, characters, or shapes emerge—like they were hiding there all along. Sometimes, it even surprises me! I believe that art has its own way of coming to life, showing us what’s there even if we weren’t looking for it.
